Walkable location from the train station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was not working enough. We were unable to get an additional pillow, and it was difficult to obtain extra toilet paper. There were also no tissues provided in the room. For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed.

The staff were really helpful and we even got a room upgrade. Great location and walking distance to everything. It is right beside the train station but there are some people that hangout by the train station in the evening which may be intimating to travellers but they kept themselves to themselves. Would recommend it for a clean, basic stay in a central location

Hotel was nice and traditional. Clean and convenient for the city centre. Only hotel that we stayed in that had AC cool enough!
One of the front desk staff was amazing. He gave us huge glasses of ice, advice on restaurants, lots of other tips and packed us some breakfast when we had to leave at 4:00am. Wish I knew his name … I hope this reaches the hotel and the front desk staff.

This was our second stay at The Hotel Embassy, we were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and welcoming. A good choice for breakfast plus being within walking distance of major attractions. We look forward to going back again. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel to others, it deserves 5*
rating.
