This was a wonderful classic hotel. The location in the center of the fashion district was ideal. It is beautifully adorned with marble everywhere you look. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Milan. Staff are amazingly helpful. Hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean.

Europe was having a heat wave and it was noticeably warm in the hotel and in the room. The a/c controls are pre-set to 23C and only allow for -3C, but it doesn't feel like 20C.
Breakfast is not included but there is a complimentary hot pot and Nespresso in room and in the lobby for coffee or tea.
They ask that you leave the room key, which is tethered to a large brass knob, with the front desk. It was not inconvenient and perhaps safer.
The hotel is located in the heart of the fashion district so all the designers have shops just steps away. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the Duomo. There is an excellent restaurant, Il Salumaio, just one block away.
