Helpful and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The single room was very small, the bathroom should be nicer. Great location if you want to be close to the central station.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to store our bags after checkout, and gave us detailed info to catch the light rail to the airport. The hotel entrance is hard to find, but its location just 1/2 block from the train station worked well for us. The bed was comfy, too.

The room was great. My son really liked the blue lights in the shower. The shower was the Largest we had in Italy. Staff was great -- held our luggage at 8am and it was waiting in our room at check in. just a 5 minute walk from the Firenze SMH train station, and 10 minutes from the Duomo and Museums.

Highly recommend because of the proximity to the train station and the Duomo alone, plus excellent breakfast. And it's surprisingly quiet when the window is closed. Great stuff for all English speaking tourists in my opinion.
