Very nice stay for a last minute booking. Great service, pleasant and helpful. Very clean hotel. It is a true 3 star hotel with 4 star service…in a bit of a 2 star neighborhood. With that said, there are some great restaurants in the area. There are tradeoffs, but I would recommend overall.

Great location, helpful staff, lovely and comfy rooms, great local shops and eateries.
Only downside was that there were no in room coffee etc facilities and you could only access the lobby’s facilities after 0730.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. I’d be happy to recommend this place and would gladly stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.
A few highlights:
1. Great value.
2. A 10–15 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20–25 minutes to the centre. Easy to arrange a taxi or metro if walking isn’t ideal for you.
3. The room is clean and modern. The air-con worked really well — we chose this hotel because many older buildings in Rome reportedly have weaker air-conditioning.
4. Staff are helpful and friendly. We were arriving close to check-in closing time, but they stayed in constant contact with us.
5. The filtered water machine was really useful.
6. The bed was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable — even for the two additional beds.
