Very good location with mega mall next to it. Highly recommended for both business and leisure visit to KL.

This hotel is located in the Mega mall where you can get everything including food court.
The amenities inside the hotel is limited as the facilities are available in the mall. Taxis and Grab services are plentiful.
Downside we experienced was the spread of breakfast which was very much limited for vegetarians. The restaurant also didn’t have any food for vegetarians in the menu. However they adapted to our request and made sandwiches and served with french fries.
Front desk staffs were helpful in giving us direction to vegetarian restaurants.
It’s a perfect place for non-vegetarians.
There is a supermarket inside the mall which came in aid for us hence we managed with whatever was available such as milk, cereals, bread, fruits, etc.
Can we stay there again? Yes with some preparation.

The hotel is attached to the mall...so accessible

Stayed here during the F1 long weekend. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Location is great - the little shortcut to the nearby mall is pretty cool. Room had a bit of a funky smell when you enter but it goes away after a while. Rooms maybe need a bit of a refresh but well-maintained nonetheless.
