Now it's been refurbished it's a good hotel right in the heart of the city. The discount to park the car at Q Car Parks is very helpful. Room was very well maintained with fully functioning AC after a very hot week. One point, it's only a point not a criticism, we always like to have the windows open and breather a sigh of relief when we find a hotel that allows this. This room you were able to open the window but only by the tiniest of spaces which was hardly worthwhile, why do hotels do this, I appreciate the safety aspect but this window a fly would have had a job to get through!
