Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.

Interesting bulding. It has been updated quite a bit but still has old building features. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. It was perfect for just stepping off the train late in the day.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great. The property needs some work. The location is ideal.

The hotel was great the only thing I would say is the lift to the 5th floor was out of use other than that the hotel was fantastic I would book again
