Friendly check in, room comfortable for a few nights. Stayed in a king size bed, which was two singles pushed together making the central of the bed rather uncomfortable l. Other than that. A great stay and the restaurants food was lovely

We had a 2 night stay at the Horizon Hotel, we arrived early after a drive from Fife, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet but would be ready soon & we would get access to our room, check-in is 3.00 pm we got in about 1.30 pm, after a super fast check-in, receptionist was super nice & efficient.
Had evening meal on our first night, very reasonable price for 2 courses. Food was excellent as was the service, friendly, efficient service. Breakfast on both days was good selection, on second morning we had the smoked haddock & poached egg, good portion & very tasty, again staff were excellent.
Would definitely stay here again.
