This was a good hotel for me and my family. Location was good and they had a free shuttle back to the center of town and bus station. I really appreciated the washing machines and that the front desk staff spoke passable English. I really don't like the self check in machines the hotels use in Japan and this hotel was no exception. I can't speak to the breakfast since we left too early in the morning to enjoy it. Overall it was a good stay and very affordable, especially since I needed 4 rooms.

The staffs were very helpful and nice. The room was very basic, very convenient though…they have buses to another city’s Toyoko inn which is super convenient…

This hotel is amazing, really friendly staff!
I forgot my backpack on the bus to the hotel and the front desk helped me to call the bus company and was able to find it!
They also have free shuttles to the outlet, Mishima train station and local stations for free!

Very clean and organized hotel. They are very strick as to check-in time. Guest form a line to check-in at 3pm. They have a courtesy shuttle bus between train station to hotel . Also storage lockers at no charge are available. Excelent breakfast .
