Staff were very helpful, especially when I had some tomato sauce thrown at me.

I liked the bathroom a lot. It was updated and well maintained. The water pressure was bit weak but I didn't mind. The bed was okay. The room was quiet. Staff was very nice.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I cannot fault it. It is spotlessly clean, bed was very comfy, the room was spacious and had everything I needed. It's the perfect hotel for going to a concert at SWG3 and the nearby amenities are great. Check in is really early too which is brilliant when you just want to get settled in. Staff were friendly and the entrance is bright and welcoming. Overall, another great stay here, will definitely be back!
