everything here is good but only one bad experience was housekeeping not being done even after not having dnd sign out..
i had booked 2 rooms for my family and only one room was cleaned up ..
after spending entire day in sequoia i was hoping to rest in clean room but i couldn't..
also when i asked about where to dispose room trash the staff asked me to bring it down 3 floors and throw it in the common trash box.. i found it inconvenient and not so polite gesture from staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. However I couldn’t communicate to a staff member (as there was a language barrier). I found another staff member and all was well♥️
