Amazing location! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. They were always happy to help and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Florence!

Great staff, very helpful and polite.
The room size exceeded our expectations especially compared to most other stays in Europe which can be quite small. It was clean and comfortable and even came with a small welcome token which they are not obliged to do but a lovely gesture!
