I stayed with my mother for four nights in June.
The room was smaller than expected and I could not upgrade to the larger room

This is our third stay in the hotel. We booked a south corner room which has a lovely view and plenty of space. The staff, as always, are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is lovely here. We also enjoyed the onsen in the hotel which is now included for guests.

The location is great! The airport bus can take you right at the hotel. It’s super convenient

Wonderful and clean hotel with old-world charm. The location was convenient to Odori Park, Nijo Market, the tour bus pickup point and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The only confusion was the pick-up location at the hotel. What we thought was the front of the hotel was actually the side of the hotel so a photo sent by our driver helped.
