The Arrabelle, A RockResort, by Vail Resorts

Very amazing staff. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Extremely convenient..would definitely stay again. Pool was ok. Needs a little maintenance. But cannot complain. Valet parking was very helpful.

Our stay at The Arrabelle was absolutely incredible, and what made it so special was the exceptional staff. After an overnight flight delay and cancellation completely disrupted our travel plans, we arrived exhausted and discouraged. From the moment we walked through the doors, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Brandon Powell, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern turned what had been a stressful trip into a relaxing vacation. He checked in on us, made sure everything was perfect, and truly made us feel like valued guests. His level of hospitality is something you don’t come across often. The valet team was equally amazing. They were always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with our luggage, car, or anything else we needed. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they consistently provided outstanding service. We also loved breakfast at The Tavern, where Dylan took excellent care of us. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and personable every morning. He made sure we always had everything we needed and created such a welcoming atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. The Arrabelle is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who truly make it exceptional. Every employee we encountered made us feel valued, and their warmth and attention to detail transformed a difficult start to our trip into an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff and excellent valet team. Very kind and nice people! We stay every year and haven’t been disappointed.

The staff was so incredibly helpful, and we really loved being in close proximity to the village and shops. The rooftop hot tub was a dream. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and the staff sent wine, strawberries and a cheese board to our room. Absolutely magical experience, and we will be back for future anniversaries!
