Amazing stay!! The staff is incredible.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until the day we left, we felt genuinely cared for and completely spoiled. A special thank you to Kainah and Lara, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The level of service at this resort is truly world-class. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile throughout the day and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The housekeeping team and spa staff were equally amazing, always providing service with professionalism and kindness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of delicious options each morning. One of our favorite touches was the special nightly treats and surprises left for us, which made our vacation feel even more memorable and personalized. The location is unbeatable, offering both convenience and stunning surroundings. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Signature Suite, and it exceeded all expectations, spacious, luxurious, beautifully appointed, and perfect for our family. If you’re looking for a truly luxurious getaway with exceptional service, attention to detail, and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. ❤️

We stayed here (Mar 22-24) to celebrate the birthdays of my mother and 4-year-old son. It was the most heartwarming experience! Exquisite Service: Despite our late arrival, they arranged an in-room check-in to let us rest. The birthday decorations, cake, and the "Happy Birthday" message on the mirror made my son so happy! Huge thanks to JJ for the adorable teddy bear gift at checkout. Perfect Room & Location: As requested, we were given a ground-floor room right by the pool. Access to the beach and breakfast was incredibly easy—perfect for a family with a small child. Top-notch Hospitality: The staff's attention to detail was amazing. Whether at the pool or beach, they constantly looked after us with water and smiles. • Special thanks to Jenil and Roland for their superb service. • Blaire’s foot massage was incredibly relaxing! Dining & Transport: The breakfast was delicious with a stunning ocean view. Also, the private charter from Kalibo Airport was very comfortable, and the complimentary shuttle to our next hotel was a lifesaver. Discovery Shores Boracay truly defines world-class hospitality. We had a perfect stay. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!
