The menu was very varied and fresh. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was clean and the blankets were very comfortable. The reservation stated there would be a bathtub, but I was assigned a room with a shower. The only drawback was getting there. The surrounding streets aren't paved; I think directions would have been very helpful. The only access is through the shopping center.

Excellent location and I believe it’s one that one of the best hotels in Xela. Staff is very courteous and attentive, this is our second time at this hotel and I remember breakfast being better two years ago. Hotel could use new towels, but the location right next to a Walmart and shopping center with restaurants is awesome and very safe.

My hotel of preference when I visit Xela, not only for its convenient location, but because the property is beautifully maintained, the customer service is excellent and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern.
