Staff was helpful, especially patient with my language barrier. The room was clean except for behind the tv console. The building is pretty old but in good repair. Not close to stores or restaurants, but is close to the beach visible from the balcony outside my room. They have arcade games for children and ping pong for older ones. Very comfortable, large room with both western and Japanese options for sleeping.

Very nice hotel. Not new, but our stay was lovely and the bento box breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price, we would stay there again

I thought I had arrived at a resort with its palms, high rise apartments and manicured gardens. Definitely a holiday destination for the Japanese people. Spacious and comfortable with a microwave. As it was not close to Toba, having a car and the microwave allowed us to be more independent, not relying on eating out. The supermarket had plenty of takeout options.
