Helpful staff. Clean room. Electric shower was a bit fiddly and kept slipping down the pole. Couldn't make the water any hotter than 39. Otherwise lovely and ideal for one night. Very quiet.

Lovely clean spacious room. Awesome water pressure in shower. Hotel walking distance to shops, cathedral. Enjoyed a delicious dinner in hotel restaurant and great to have the footy on the big screen

We had such a lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even carried our three huge suitcases and three bags upstairs (and downstairs!) for us. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was really soft and comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise. In addition to the continental buffet, there was a great selection of freshly cooked options, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. For the quality of the room, service, and breakfast, it was genuinely excellent value for money.
The place is only about a five-minute walk from the city centre and is also very convenient for the railway station. I would absolutely recommend and would happily stay here again.
