Room was clean and had a good space.
The young lady at the reception was very welcome. Downtown located. Great location!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast but coffee was delicious. Our housekeeping person Lisa was so sweet and helpful, and did a great job with our room. The hotel itself is a bit dated, including carpets and general spaces. Our room did not provide a place to put away clothes (except the closet), so we just lived out of our suitcases, but that was fine - it had a small balcony from which we could view the goings on, which was nice. Our toilet made a very loud shaking noise when used due to old fashioned plumbing, but it worked nonetheless with no issue. Air conditioning worked fabulously which was terrific since we were there during the heat dome! The hotel is centrally located, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great value considering the fabulous location!

Lovely family run hotel in the middle of a shopping and dining district. Close to the metro and walking distance to many sights. Would stay here again!
