Perfect location, easy to find, and seld check-in/check-out was a breeze. Had to reach out to management for a request and they were quick with their reply and solutions. It was a great experience!

It was well located near the main riverside area. We enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was that our table fan was making a bit of noise but that wasn’t a big deal and nothing to do with the property itself. We can recommend this stay.

Amazing location, steps from a multitude of great food options and shops, overlooking a quaint square. Self check in was easy, could select from a bunch of different languages and took a minute or two.
Room was nice and clean, not large but plenty of space for two people. Bathroom has frosted glass walls and doesn’t block sounds but was clean and soap, etc provided.
Soundproofing from the outside was good, closing the windows blocked most sounds. The floor was very creaky as were the stairs though. Only drawback was the bed which was so hard I’m not sure there was much difference between sleeping on that or the floor, so if you like soft beds watch out!
I’d definitely stay here again simply for the location and value provided for being in central Luzern.
