Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Lots of good stuff, but I expected a bit more. It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great addition. The room was good, but the sofa is all art. Sitting on it is a challenge unless you have perfect posture.
The staff were all amazing, and the restaurant is good (Whitebird). The area upstairs is super cool and artsy, and the bar up there is nice. If the price is right, then it's a good plan, but it's a 4 star, not a 5.

A beautiful, unique, charming hotel with an excellent staff, unique art installations, conveniently located to Tennessee River access, walking trails, shopping, excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Rooftop bar is a must for sunset over the mountains. Room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. Hotel had thoughtful touches throughout with a helpful and friendly staff to assist with anything needed. We will be back! Enjoy!
