Canadas Best Value Inn Richmond Hill Toronto N

I'll begin by saying you should be prepared to climb some stairs. From the 48th you immediately go up about seven or eight steps to the first floor and if you're on the second floor to your right it's actually a large Stairway to the second floor so if you need wheelchair access maybe difficult. Upon entering my room the first thing you noticed was yes there is an odor and it smelled like stale cigarettes and old carpet but you're at the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. I turned on the air conditioning to get some air flow and that was another delightful smell. But in a few minutes they both seemed to dissipate. The room is clean the bed was comfortable. It is decent size mini fridge. It did not have a coffee maker. It did not have a suitcase stand. It did not have an iron and ironing board. And I was just off the top of my head of basic room amenities. As I was there was only two nights I didn't need anything special and it's centrally located if you need to go out and get something. Nights are very quiet, but during the day and evening you could hear people walking and talking around you, but otherwise it was peaceful. Not the best certainly not the worst, I'd say it was a couple of steps above the Golden Nugget. It was a price point it's a proper value for your stay. I stay there again. Decent for those looking for a place to stay on a budget.

Wonderful

The renovated room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked & used the desk, coffetable and loveseat. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast coffee, muffin & apple. There is plenty of free parking and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. During our 3-night stay, we did see 2 wandering earwigs but they are harmless.

Easy access to parking and good location very clean
