This was my second time staying at NH Collection Santo Stefano, and once more it was a wonderful stay. This is a lovely hotel, clean, nice high quality facility, helpful and welcoming staff, and peaceful. I had a problem with my shower leaking and they moved me into an upgraded room. They also booked me a car service to the airport. The location is also fantastic, so close to the royal palaces, 10 minutes from the main shopping area, and round the corner from a lovely little square with great cafes. Overall, I would definitely go back, it's a great hotel.
