The higher floor premium rooms have balconies and great views . Wasn’t very clean and access to the hotel is quite difficult due to construction. The closest parking lot is a few minutes of walk away and its really shady and no elevator. The whole parking lot is full of graffiti and very unmaintained (wouldn’t recommend any woman by herself walking there at any time of the day and especially at night).
The hotel is quite close to everywhere that is fun (like the carmel market or the beach).

My stay at BY14 was great! It is a great location near the beach. There were plenty of amenities and they offered a happy hour in the lobby. The staff was super nice. My room needed a bit of renovation but overall it was very clean and a great experience.

Hotel was great, staff very helpful. Unfortunately the street was under construction in front of hotel and made Taxis a pain and days noisy.
