Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Very clean rooms housekeeping every day we were there. We stayed 4 days.Staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was wonderful. Parking was great. The pool was always nice and cleaned. Breakfast was normal food egg sausage cereal little muffins bread coffee juices fruit can not complain. The best part we got to see three bears while there. When staff tells you Do NOT leave food in vehicle listen to them.Bears do not know better seen a big Ole black bear ripped a truck liner in half to get to some food the left in the back of the truck.Over all I would rent rooms again. Oh I never once saw any kind of bug in our rooms period. Almost forgot the microwave was very cleaned the mini fridge was very clean and very cold. There is a nice fire pit area to relax. I give this place a 10 .If staff members read my post Thanks for all you do to make everyone’s stay comfortable and to feel safe.My stay was July 5 to July 9 26.stop over to everything auto 🚘 😀

We had a nice, comfortable stay here. The location was great for walking downtown, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Our dogs enjoyed the outdoor area and the breakfast was good. The choices were a little limited but better than most places. We can't complain about that. We would definitely stay here again.
