We had a two-bedroom suite. In the master bedroom's bathroom around the tub, the white caulking needed to be replaced -- it was no longer white.

Property located in good and safe area. Very convenience as it’s only 5 min walk to BTS chidlom and Mercury ville where you can find coffee shop and food place. In the same building of hotel has restaurant and salon.
Quiet during the night time which is good for me.
Staff were nice and helpful.
Room: there is kitchen and washing machine in the room I stayed but not sure if there is washing machine in every room. There is paid laundry room on 5th floor as well
