Staff was super helpful and accommodating when we had to change rooms when my mother was unable to get on her bed, which was too high for her The beds are typical hotel height, but it turned out to be too high for her. They offered us a change to a king suite, which has a couch with a pull out bed. They never acted like we were inconveniencing them.

Very nice play to stay. The hotel was very clean. Right near the university. Breakfast was great. Would have liked to stay the next night, because we are attending the Alabama/Georgia game, but price skyrockets during these events. Price was great otherwise.
