Given the reasonable pricing, the room size and facilities are well worth it. The room was cozy and had plenty of space for our luggage. The complimentary breakfast, though simple (packaged bread), was a nice, convenient bonus.
More than anything, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the front desk team, specifically the gentleman from Nepal and the tall Japanese staff member. They were incredibly helpful during a medical emergency. We urgently needed to find a specialist clinic, and they went above and beyond, tirelessly searching for multiple locations for us. Without their dedicated help, we could have faced a serious health crisis. They are an absolute credit to this hotel!

Modern hotel with free coffee in the library area. Breakfast is a small pastry or bread.
Very convenient for Hakata train and bus station. Only complaint is that there is only one small elevator for all guests.
