8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Staff was very nice, room was clean but small. Much cooler on one side of the bed than the other. Only one ice machine in the hotel which was broken. Nice free wine hour hosted by a very pleasant staff member. Decent, but crowded breakfast. Excellent location, very convinieint.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The staff was amazing , wish I remembered the older gentleman’s name(40-50). He was very informative. It was walking distance to a lot of places were attending, concert at Madison Square Garden and The Empire State Building, and not too far from Times Square.
