Room with the balcony was lovely although a bit run down and in need of a refresh. There was some noise along the canal but worth it to have a great view of Venetian life!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was perfect and our view of the canal amazing. Restaurants close to the hotel were delicious. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by simply taking a water taxi. The staff were quite friendly

The hotel was located in a great area and convenient to the train station and the vaperettos to multiple locations. We had a canal room which was amazing. There is some noise at night from the restaurants and such but did not bother us. The staff is amazing and very helpful.
