Room was nice, staff were nice, my only complaint was that the bed was very firm

Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them.
I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.
