Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay.

Very convenient as it is close to Europapark, the breakfast had the necessary sweet and salty for everyone. The hotel is quite noisy in the morning if you want to wake up late lol.
Any how, cool hotel !!

Very close to EuropaPark. Breakfast was really good and could collect key from a lockbox out of hours.

Highly recommend this hotel to any family. We stayed in a two room suite, two streets from Europa park so no need to pay for parking. Rooms turned down each day and breakfast brilliant
