After all those negative feedbacks I was worried but I have to say the hotel surprised me otherwise. My kids felt extremely comfortable and actually enjoyed it much better then their previous more modern hotel stay in London.
They absolutely loved the kind and very helpful receptionist , they felt immediately at home and really enjoyed the few days they spend in this old world charming place.
Additionally it is in a perfect location every sight in close walking distance.
Yes it is old but that adds to it's charm and it shows but it is clean and very comfortable.
Thank you for being part of making my daughter and her friends trip a success!

The staff were fantastic! The building has no elevator and the guy working - so sorry I forget your name - grabbed one of our suitcases and carried it all the way up to the top floor where our room was! The breakfast was less than expected, but the coffee was decent and free. Location was perfect! Far enough away from the hustle n bustle but close enough to walk where we wanted to go. Overall it is a wonderful hotel and the staff really made the stay.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel situated in quiet area but in easy reach of the city. Perfect location to wander around and get a feel of the wider city. Breakfast was great.
