Pine Cliffs Village

The resort and amenities are gorgeous and amazing! The villa we had needed some work and was older. Restaurants were great and we loved our vacation!

Incredible resort, so much to do. Great staff, great food, fantastic place. If I had to find any downsides it would be hard but maybe spotty/slow internet, tv wasn’t great (rarely used anyway), resort restaurant food was pricey. Overall it was incredible and will be heading back.

Fantastic grounds and sporting facilities …. Amazing spa , Very family oriented and child friendly, but I also enjoyed my last three days unaccompanied . We stayed in one of the older properties and although clean it’s very outdated with lampshades missing …outdated furniture and appliances such as the washing machine not working properly in addition to worn out patio doors in need of repair. I have stayed at this resort for over 18 years and I cannot complement the staff enough always very helpful …. The reception area is beautifully maintained . Price wise it has certainly increased substantially.

I've read some odd reviews so here's my take. This is definitely a 5 star family resort. We loved it. The setting is beautiful, staff super friendly, lovely beach and the restaurants were all great - particularly the one on the beach. We stayed in a townhouse for 7 nights which worked perfectly for us, as it gave us plenty of room, separate parent and children bedrooms, a lounge area for family games at the end of each day and a kitchen for a bit of laundry, snacks and coffee. There was a seating area outside but we didn't use it much. We paid for half board which worked well for us. It was a bit of a faff having to book places and most restaurants had a small extra cost for more expensive food and drinks (plus tips) but worked out just about fine for us. We didn't find the restaurants that busy and service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful holiday. If I was being picky, I'd say the cleaners left things out on show which didn't feel 5 star, the cleaning was a little random (towels etc.), the gnats need to be sorted or screens used (bit of a nuisance), and better lighting for the main entrance when venturing out and about. But I'd definitely recommend this place - 100%
