The property manager was kind and friendly each time she saw us, as well as very informative when she walked us through the property and the different amenities that were accessible to us.
The staff was not aware of different excursions available nor were they informed of where we could obtain information from. They were on the other hand helpful with what we can do and where to go out within the city.
