I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was genuinely top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The front desk team handled my late check-in smoothly and even remembered my name throughout the stay. Housekeeping was outstanding; every day my room was impeccably cleaned and refreshed with fresh towels and amenities.
The cleanliness throughout the property is truly exceptional — public areas, elevators, lobby, and especially the guest rooms felt pristine and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being conveniently located off I-95.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jacksonville. The combination of excellent service and spotless facilities made my stay memorable. Will definitely be back!

I’m so grateful for Toya at this property. I’ve stayed here multiple times and she has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my request at the last minute. Always kind, helpful and provides great customer service. On one of my last stays the front desk was busy prior to I checking in and she handled everyone with such class. I always enjoy my stay. Thank you Toya!
