Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort

Super clean and beautiful place to stay at in Rosarito

Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good at all. My fiancé had chicken and I had steak and both were absolutely terrible quality. Steak was completely old and probably was not good. I almost ate none of the dish. The waiter did nothing to check if we were unhappy he just took the plates and gave us our bill. Really poor choice. Checking out was also not fun. Ended up having to carry our bags to the car from an upstairs room because the Bellman never came in the valet, only came to assist me once he saw that I was out out of the building. I was not happy about that. The vehicle valets when we took checked out were very inattentive.

I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we checked in, our experience was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally walked us around the property, showed us where everything was, took us to the restaurant, and even helped us bring all of our belongings to our room. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean. Anytime we needed our room cleaned or requested anything for our room, it was taken care of promptly. The valet service was also wonderful—if I needed anything from my car, they gladly retrieved it for me. The food was absolutely amazing, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was how special they made my daughter feel on her birthday. During dinner, there was a pianist playing, and after learning it was her birthday, he played a special birthday song for her. The staff also surprised her with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that made her feel incredibly special. Overall, the service, cleanliness, food, and attention to detail were exceptional. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for my family. We will definitely be back!

The property was amazing and clean, safe with beautiful views and amazing service!!
