The food was delicious. The restaurant manager was incredibly helpful, recommending food that was less spicy. The hotel also found an amazing guide for us for the Badami caves and other nearby historic sites. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff was very courteous and helpful during the 3 night stay at the hotel. The room and property are good. However, on the first day and hour when I went to use the toilet, the seat when lifted, had stains of dry excrement from diarrhea that was overlooked prior to letting a guest in. I told them that this was absolutely inexcusable. They quickly changed my room and I left. Following day I realized they were not charging me for dinners - which was veg pulou and papad for me everyday. In my opinion, this has to written in a review so they make appropriate process changes for the next guest. I appreciate their gesture, but it does not even come close to cover the cost of annoyance from disgust i felt every time I used the toilet.
