Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located.
Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!

In the centre of town. Couple of nice shops nearby.
Limited parking, but free parking in the road anyway.
Secret garden is not a bistro, just a garden nice to sit in.
Dinner starts at 20:00
Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower.
No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes.....
Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹
Most restaurants close on Mondays…..
Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where we found lots of wine tasting offers.
