This hotel was nice and super convenient to great restaurants and the marina. The decor was somewhat outdated and that is my only complaint. The staff was fantastic. My phone fell out in our cab from the airport. Thankfully, the cab driver gave me a card. I highly recommend getting a card or a picture of the name everywhere you go, just in case something goes wrong. The front desk was kind enough to call and explain to Oscar, my driver, and he dropped it back off at the hotel on his next trip into Brindisi. Thank you to Orientale Hotel staff for everything. And Oscar my cab driver. I hate I left his card at the front desk. I would love to thank him.

I arrived slightly earlier than the normal check-in time and the manager was gracious enough to make sure my room was ready within a short time. The gym and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and filling. I definitely would recommend it and I would stay there again.
