Clean room with helpful staff. Breakfast was great including the help with need of towels.

I had forget my debit card after an extremely stressful roadtrip. I freaked out when staff advised me they needed a card on file for the deposit. I think the staff member saw I was stressed and exhausted- she reassured me everything was okay and waived the fee provided by I promised I wouldn’t smoke in the room (not a smoker anyways).
Then she upgraded us to a king suite for the same price just because they were “slow”. I’m going to be coming to bay city quite a bit in the coming months; and I’m definitely going to spend my money here every single time.
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Perfect stay.

We had an OK stay. We booked a total of 4 days/ nights. The room was next to the lobby, so it was a little noisy at times. Then on the day before the last day of our stay, an alarm at the desk kept going off. The staff said they had contacted the alarm company but nobody came to fix the issue. After a 1/2 a day of constant alarm noise we requested another room on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful to relocate us. Also, the coffee service was not re-stocked everyday. My wife had to go to the desk and request coffee pods and coffee cups each day. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
