Staff were very helpful and freindly. Clean room. Plenty of parking and good location. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a cottage instead of the hotel part which worked out better for our group.
It meant it was self catering. There were only a few utensils in the kitchen but enough for the weekend.
The TV didn't work well but it was resolved quickly.
Not many lights worked throughout the cottage.

This was a nice hotel to stay at for our visit to the Lake District. It was very walkable and the breakfast was good.
