We were a bit disappointed when we arrived as the reception area had seen better days. It wouldn’t take too much to freshen it up a bit. The hotel forms the upper levels of a tapas bar and we thought it would be extremely noisy. However, we were pleasantly surprised 😁. Our room was a delight. Spotlessly clean, premium bedding, coffee machine. However no wardrobe just hangers. The bathroom was very spacious with a good shower, again spotless with lovely fluffy towels. The hotel is central right by the cathedral which is lit up at night. There is an awesome sky bar which is superb for sundowner cocktails or nightcaps. There are dozens of local tapa bars to choose from. There is a taxi rank at the end of the short street and a couple of minutes walk from the tram stop. There is street noise but it is expected due to the central location. We will definitely stay there again.
