The way we were greeted. Excellent customer service.

One of the things that most impressed me when I booked the hotel was that the list of amenities (booked through Expedia) listed "housekeeping daily". However, during my stay, I learned that was not the case. While there, I checked the hotel's website, which indicated it had "limited" housekeeping. Unfortunately, though we stayed there for three nights, housekeeping did not once replenish our towels. At the very least, I think a hotel should do that, as they all used to. In addition, while the desk staff were indeed friendly, the male staff maintaining the breakfast area left something to be desired.

It was a great place to stay but the staff I felt with before the staff that was working when I arrived was a much different experience. The staff when I arrived was much more friendly and helpful. They could use a little maintenance in certain areas of the hotel.

Don't have any complaints. It was good enough considering that the price was also reasonable.
