My room was cleaned just once in one week. Besides that, I found the hotel great.

Great stay.

Nice, clean service. We could see fireworks from our room. A little disappointed with housekeeping - requested a number of things when we were heading out for the day in the morning, when we returned nothing was done. Since it was already late evening and we were leaving the next day, we declined their offer to send housekeeping that late.

In a good location for sightseeing near the river and Old Town plus within a quick walk to catch a train to the Portland Japanese Garden. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable with a small sofa for sitting. There is a restaurant on site for breakfast through dinner which was convenient. All of the hotel and restaurant staff we came into contact with were very nice and helpful. Overall, loved the look and comfort of the hotel.
