8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The room was clean and well appointed. Pillows were a little too firm for our liking and the sheets were a bit course. Otherwise a good quality stay for the price.

We had read some of the negative reviews and were hesitant about staying at this property but our experience was very good. We had 2 rooms. Clean hotel and helpful staff. Very nice and quiet. We thought the breakfast that is offered is good enough. 2 to 5 minute drive to downtown Bryson City. No complaints. We would stay here again.

On top of the mountain. Very quiet! No swimming pool!

Staff very friendly and changed my room when the original amenities were not working. Also gave me a detailed receipt with all charges/tax rates. (That's the law and the way it's suppose to be without a fight.) Location was very convenient. Breakfast was convenient but basic.
