The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was a little small but comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Close to a metro stop.

Clean room, good aircon, helpful staff (if a bit disorganised at times), good location.

Hotel Piacenza was clean, convenient and priced within our budget. We felt special from the moment we arrived. We were early and our room wasn't ready (as we had expected) but our luggage was immediately placed in storage and we were offered a welcome coffee and given a lot of information regarding Milan. Every person on the staff made us feel like old friends.
There are a couple of things I do need to mention. Our room was small and with three adults it was a bit crowded. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and carrying bags up and down stairs can become tedious.
