Staff came and cleaned our room well every day. We enjoyed the daily bottles of water and the coffee pods. The fridge was a good size. There were many outlets where we could plug in and charge our devices. The room was quiet and the beds and pillows very comfortable.
The extra room where a laptop could be used was great, especially because that room had a door that could be closed. The whole "room" felt more like a suite.
Staff were always willing to help with anything that we desired. The courtyard and outdoor shaded sitting spots were appreciated.
This hotel is close to the Rhine Promenade and close to many restaurants and many Kiosk stores. We would love to stay at this hotel again.

WOW! We felt like we were staying in a Museum. The building itself was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. A piano player plays nightly in the salon and he is wonderful and such a great way to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The concierge arranged bicycle rental for us which was a fun way to ride around dusseldorf and get a little farther out of the aldstadt. The location was perfect for walking to aldstadt and riverfront and the konigstrasse. We would definitely stay there again. Super quiet at night. Slept like a baby!
Staff was on top of things from check in and housekeeping and the concierge. Keep up the great work.
