This property is in a fantastic location! It cannot be beat for just going out and walking to all of the great places in Venice. The room was very clean, a good size, the AC worked well and it was exactly what we saw on the website. Be aware, however there is no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. But that is pretty common for small hotels in Venice. Also, the front door is on a tiny side street. That can be hard to find at first. But after you learn your way, there should be no problems. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Luca!

This place was excellent. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was in a great location, everything in walkable distance. It was a bit hard to find but a shop owner helped us find it. Very safe neighborhood and super happy with this place.
