Daniella was a wonderful host. She made dinner reservations for us and cheerfully greeted us everytime we came back.
Breakfast was a wide selection of items including cornflakes for my daughter.

The room was tight and bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast was mediocre.
Glad there was luggage storage before checking in. Location was great close to our tours.

Hotel staff is nice but our bathroom/room were not clean- had hair in the shower and previous guests belongings. Breakfast ok, no lift and tons of stairs. City tax is required in cash for some reason which is very inconvenient. Great location but compromising on many other areas of comfort
